Everyone in the whole wide world is raving about Colm Tóibín's Henry James novel, and now the elder statesman of letters weighs in. I don't read Henry James; I just buy his books and tell myself I'll get around to him eventually, but this book doesn't seem to be fading away the way most flavors-of-the-week do.
