I wonder how Super Audio will take off, and if it will be any kind of salvation for the record industry. SACD discs are recorded on two layers, and I presume you can only copy one. Whether or not this has any impact whatsoever on whether people will continue to file-swap, I have no idea. But if the record industry wants to continue to control its product in this day and age, I suspect it will have to boost things on the technological end, to either make discs that can't be copied or that will render the copied product inferior.
