The Reading Experience is my new favorite literary blog -- one of a tiny handful of serious and meaningful ones where you not only don't feel your time is wasted, but actually gain something besides clever bitchery or the latest publishing gossip. With Nabokovian fury, self-described ex-academic Daniel Green grinds a sharp axe against moral criticism and in favor of art for art's sake (or is that art for life's sake, as Nabokov's point man Brian Boyd put it); agree or not, his arguments are refreshing and stimulating.
