Friends and acquaintances have lately informed me that I've become a quote whore. The latest New Yorker and the New York Times Book Review apparently have big ads of Wesley Stace's Misfortune, with yours truly blabbing about the book's virtues. This isn't quite the thrill of being actually published, but at this stage of the game any publicity is good.

Now all I have to come up with something to sell.
